Heidi was well presented and showed advanced knowledge of this industry. Nothing was an issue to arrange but become very pushy when deposit was needing to be paid. As first home buyers this was a little off putting as it had been arranged via our solicitor. This aside she presented the property, company, vendors and herself with professionalism, confidence and knowledge of current market values.
