Very approachable and friendly.

The experience I've had with Heidi from buying to selling has been fantastic, as being first time for both she talked us through the process and is always on the other end of the phone to help.

Heidi kept us up to date with all the negotiation and was honest with the whole process. We would recommend her over other local agents.

We couldn't ask for better, very friendly, very imforative as Heidi kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Heidi to everyone.. Thanks Heidi.

Heidi was very helpful and ensured we had a quick and painless sale. And when I say quick we got and accepted an offer on the 8th of December, exchanged on the 22nd of December and settled on the 13th of January. We really couldn't ask for anymore.

Heidi was fantastic from our intial appraisal through to the sale of our property. From being a contact for insurance purposes through to chasing quotes and organising maintenance she was with us every step of the way. Communication through email, phone and text always kept us up to date which was important as we no longer resided in Bathurst. I found her honest and straight forward. I could ask a question and get a no-nonsense response. She was very knowledgable of the market and the Bathurst area in general. Our sale exceeded our expectations at a time when we weren't even looking to sell. I would without hesitation recommend Heidi as an agent for sale or seek of a property and raine and Horne as an agent for rental management and or sale. Very happy customer.

Completely happy with my purchase and with Heidi's professionalism and patience throughout the sale.

Heidi, is a very competent and knowledgeable agent. She Knows the market and communicates effectively with the client to source their requirements. She makes you feel comfortable and if searching for a property she gives you a feeling of confidence that it will happen.

Heidi was approachable and avaliable on all occasions we needed her.

Heidi's market knowledge, integrity, negotiation, and communication skills are exceptional. Her never ending patience with us and tireless enthusiasm has been amazing. Heidi has guided and supported us during the buying and selling process, keeping us up to date every step of the way. She knew exactly what type of property we were looking for…...even better then ourselves. We cannot thank her enough for helping us purchase our forever home!!

Heidi has provided a great introduction to Bathurst!! We are new residents in New South Wales and she has been able to give us all the information we required about buying a home in Bathurst. In addition she has provided us with other useful information about the area. The purchase of our home has been smooth and enjoyable with very few anxious moments thanks to her availability and great communication skills. Thank you from David and Gillian van der Watt.

Thanks a million Heidi for house number 3 :)
