Helpful and friendly

We were very pleased to be able to deal through Helen as she was one of the most friendly and approachable agents we encountered; always willing to give advice. Our transaction had several complications as it played out and Helen helped ensure both the sellers and ourselves were kept informed of new developments as fast as possible, and she took the initiative to contact our representatives and other relevant parties to be kept abreast of everything going on. It was especially impressive considering it happened over the Christmas holidays and nobodies schedules lined up. She and her agency were also on hand to tie up some of the little loose ends, which was exceptionally helpful in our circumstances. If or when we sell our property in the future we would be delighted to deal with an agent as helpful as Helen.
