Helen has been fantastic and extremely supportive during what was a highly stressful time for us. She worked tirelessly to sell our house, which proved difficult at times given its price range and distance from the City. To her detriment, she was always available to answer our questions / concerns and worked long and hard to secure a sale in our limited time frame. I am also pleased to say that this professional support occurred not only during the sale process but also for some time after contracts had been signed. The thing I appreciated the most was Helen’s honest and realistic approach. Unlike some agents, at no time did she attempt to ‘buy our listing’ by indicating unrealistic values and she keep us informed of all things relevant to our sale even if it was not what we wanted to hear. As it turns out she was right about everything! Just because you want a certain price does not mean you will get it – this is a hard lesson to learn but at least Helen was honest enough to not give us false hope – a very rare trait!. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen for either sales or purchases and am certain she will continue to perform to a high and honest standard. She is one of the few agents who genuinely cares about the clients’ needs – an example being our property which was located outside of her ‘specialised area’. Helen displayed on numerous occasions that she had clearly done her research on our local area and was able to provide a great deal of information to both us and potential buyers about our sale area including details such as schools, doctors, shops, transport etc. Thankyou Helen for attempting to make our sale as stress free as possible and putting up with our panic attacks! :) You will definitely be my first point of call should I go through this process again!
