Hard working and motivated

I highly recommend Helen as an agent to sell your house. I found her to be hard working and motivated to do a good job. I felt that she cared about doing the job well. She offered helpful advice on presenting my property to its highest level. Her market appraisal was quite accurate. Helen did not give me a value that I wanted to hear but one that was realistic. Her honesty is something that I appreciated when selecting an agent to sell my house. Other agents told me possible sale prices that were way above the market value in order for me to sign up. Overall a pleseant experience

Helen was recommended by a work college, she was honest upfront and willing to help in any way she could. Helens appraisal of our home was pretty spot on and we were happy with the outcome. Our home sale was a reluctant sale brought about by a work transfer, Helen was very understanding of our situation and made the sale as good as it could. Thanks again Helen

Very pleased

Helen was excellent throughout the process of selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she maintained communication throughout . My wife and we're very pleased with Helen's performance and she was able to negotiate a deal that we were very happy with.
