Our dealings with Helen for the purchase of the new premises was of the highest calibre. As people who have had what we consider poor (& on one occasion "rude") service with previous agents it was like a breath of fresh air to encounter Helen who gave such a high standard of service. Helen delivered on everything she said, there was a delay in getting the house on the market due to my tenants moving out, but she went to work trying to sell the house regardless & had people through before it was on line.
