Recent sale of my unit

I recently connected with Steve Jacobs during an open inspection of another premises. During our conversation I offered him my home to be placed on the market. Proffessional conduct

Our dealings with Helen for the purchase of the new premises was of the highest calibre. As people who have had what we consider poor (& on one occasion "rude") service with previous agents it was like a breath of fresh air to encounter Helen who gave such a high standard of service. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her & she has definatley got the correct attributes which we greatly appreciated, I would go as far as saying that other agents should take a note out of her book on how to deal with face to face issues. Helen delivers

Helen delivered on everything she said, there was a delay in getting the house on the market due to my tenants moving out, but she went to work trying to sell the house regardless & had people through before it was on line. It sold within a couple of weeks. I have no hesitation recommending Helen & LJ Hooker Golden Grove as they were totally professional from the very first meeting until settlement day.
