Sorry - but I cannot give credit where there were so many things completely wrong with the sale. You advertised open homes when you failed to tell the tenant. You recommended your own property managers to keep doing the rental when they turned out to be the worst agency I have ever experienced. Full of promises, no follow up. Lost the keys to the house. Property Manager never did what I asked, nor did the team when she was not there follow up. Three times the excuse was the computer system is down. Either get a new system of stop lying. In reality the sale has turned out to be a very dissatisfying experience. I can only put that done to the agency
