Helen is a great communicator who puts others at ease. Our property was unusual and therefore hard to value. Helen put in the time and effort to understand what our property had to offer, its market value to the right buyer and to guide us in presenting it well. She kept us fully informed at all stages of the marketing process and we never felt pressured to accept an offer - she talked us through the pros and cons and guided us to a decision that we were comfortable with. Her hard work paid off and we achieved the price we wanted. Hard working, punctual and efficient, Helen seems to enjoy the whole negotiating process and left no stone unturned to find the right buyer - the one happy to pay the price we wanted.
