Helen actually sold this property to me and impressed me so much that I was delighted that she was able to sell the property for me as well. Helen and Madonna explained the process and put some accents into the place. In the process they became more like a friends and understood all my needs and expectations. We first encountered Helen and her team years ago when we went through one of her open homes. At the time we were impressed by the genuine warmth and approachability of her and her team - there were no games or trying to convince us about the property. A few months later we asked Helen to come out and give us an estimate for our property and some ideas of how to prepare it for sale - again she and her team gave us some great advice and didn’t pressure us into anything we weren’t ready for. Fast forward 2+ years and we were ready to sell - with a 4-week old baby nonetheless! Helen and team made the entire process as easy as possible, drawing on their experience and contacts in the industry to help us get the house spruced up and the price we wanted! Every interaction we’ve had with Helen and her team has been honest and straightforward, and her experience in this area has been invaluable.
