Wow, Helen Blew Us Away!

Wow, hard to know where to start! In the lead up to selling our property Helen respectfully kept checking in on us to see whether she could be of assistance and gave us the time we needed to process such a big life decision. She was genuine, remembering things we had discussed 12 and 6 months previously, considered in her approach, professional, energetic and we just knew we were in excellent hands. From engagement Helen blew us away. We were very time poor and things needed doing around the house in preparation for sale, gardening, painting, general maintenance, new carpet, styling etc… we had no idea how we would manage it all. Almost immediately Helen began the process of project managing down to the last final details. She had contacts for everything and nothing was a problem. Her communication and negotiation skills were excellent, her responses to questions were immediate, we were kept in the loop immediately after our open homes (of which there were only 3) and given open and honest feedback. And to top it off we got an excellent sale result after only 1 week on the market! Far exceeding our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend Helen and still in shock as to not only the speed at which our property sold but the price it sold for and lack of stress involved. So very happy ??
