I think that I have been a very lucky person having engaged Helen Telfer as my real estate agent, she is such a lovely, honest and kind person (quite a surprise when everyone warns you to be careful when selling a house!) She was very professional, communicated well, was always available and kept both myself and prospective buyers informed and involved.
