Buying your first home is an exciting experience, but it does come with lots of concerns and serious decision making. Helen Tracy from Your Sold Real Estate in Shepparton made our experience delightfully easy. She was sincere ( a rare quality), approachable and friendly. Helen communicated professionally on behalf of the vendor and us, the purchasers. Once we said YES, we'll take it! She swung into action and contacted the vendor who accepted our offer. Helen then recommended a suitable and reliable solicitor, who took care of the official paperwork and we signed the contract the very next day. Helen provided us with contacts to have the building inspected and made arrangements for the gardener to continue keeping the property looking neat for us. We didn't have much to do after that.
