When my husband and I knew around Christmas 2015 that we were relocating to Victoria from Qld due to family reasons, we searched properties for sale in Kailla as this was our preferred location. She then kept the communication lines open over the next 8 weeks that eventually led to an offer on the property that was accepted by the vendor.
