Helen was absolutely amazing. She gave great advice on how to better present our home for sale, then without even advertising she invited accurately targetted potential purchasers to inspect. The house was sold the very next day! Observing Helen at work was enlightening. She has strategies that I have never seen and she understands the market and matches potential clients to homes. Therefore avoiding most "tyre kickers". Helen is TOTALLY focussed on the job at hand ie selling. This lady took our house and sold it within days where our previous agent could not sell in 7 weeks! Helen even supported us after the sale and after she had received her well deserved commission. Helen Yan does her very best to ensure a successful sale and what she does works as seen by her results.
