We met Helen Yan about 5 years ago , when she sold our home in King street Ivanhoe East. At the time she was working at Hocking Stuart, and our home was listed with another agent, which was unsuccessful in selling as a Private sale. This was our 5th home we had built, French style, and could say the style and workmanship was excellent. I was then recommended to speak with Helen from another branch office of Hocking Stuart, and as soon as she saw the home, she immediately said she had chinese clients who would be very interested. It only took a few weeks with numerous chinese buyers inspecting the property, and which ended in a quick sale and settlememt to a chinese buyer ,over and above the price we were expecting. For this reason we approached Helen again when we finished building our new home at 33 Munro street Kew East. Our new home is a modern contemporary , and must say the workmanship and position is one of the best in the area. When we approached Helen and she came out and and saw our new home, she was so impressed and commented that this was one of the best homes she has seen, and could see the quality of the build and fitout of the home. The location was one of the best in the area. Helen immediately said she had numerous chinese buyers who would be VERY INTERESTED in this Quality home.Over the next few weeks, which was over the Chinese New year, she brought in numerous buyers who once inspecting the home were amazed at the quality of the home. They all made offers and eventually we considered an offer last week, which we gladly accepted. The last two months have been very difficult times with the Coronavirus outbreak, but this did not in any way deter Helen from her passion, and positive attitude that the home would sell We would like to thank Helen very much for her continual support, professionalism , passion and eventual sale of the home .We believe if we had used any other agent we would not have achieved such a good price.
