Born in WuHan, China, and educated in Australia, Helen has always been highly passionate about real estate and is proud to be part of the Lindellas Real Estate team. She believes that her career goals have been set in this direction. With a wealth of knowledge that she brings to the Lindellas Sales Team and also has a strong background in marketing and sales, Helen believes that marketing is the lifeblood of any business, as it not only helps target clients but also assists partners find further business. Most of all she beleives that sales are the engine that makes it possible. She is fortunate to have accumulated experience within a variety of cultures, scenarios, and client segment in real estate. Her language skills, both Mandarin and English, have helped to connect with the large cultural diversity that Melbourne has to offer. Honesty, reliability, and dedication have always come to the first place when she is dealing with clients and it’s these very attributes have led to many of her clients advocating her work. Helen has a great passion on travelling and she was a professional ballet dancer in China. Although a successful career in real estate requires a large commitment of time and energy, she still finds time to relax with her family and friends.

Very Good Agent

Helen was very good, she was flexible to my needs and negotiated a solution on my behalf, that both parties were happy with. I had a unique situation where I needed to sell my house to give me funding to purchase. I wanted to move into Panorama, but it was not available yet, I could not just move out of one home into Panorama. I needed to quickly find another property to buy to live in until Panorama built and available. Helen was very helpful in ensuring I could put down an initial holding deposit, and was prepared to wait until I settled my house sale, and made the other purchase. Thankfully this was achieved quickly and I was able to pay the balance of the 10% deposit. This was a delicate process and I appreciated Helen ensuring I was still able to purchase Panorama. Helen was always very professional, always had a smile on her face and a delight to deal with.
