Having bought this unit from George three an a half years ago, it made sense he would be the best one to onsell it for me because of his knowledge of the area and the building overall. George clearly knows the market as well. He knew when we were lowballed and advised he could get a better price, he knew when we had a good offer and it was time to take it. George's greatest asset is that he is confident in knowing what a property is worth, that is what you need from an agent. Having been both the buyer and the seller with George, I recomend him highly and I will be giving him a call the next time as well.
