Although Ian was the agent we had signed the contract with we dealt with Anthony quite a bit. Anthony was always professional punctual and easy to communicate with. Ian and Anthony worked both together to try and achieve the best results although we didn’t get the results we were hoping for the property still sold at auction with a tough market.

Josie Galati, did a fantastic job selling our unit. She gave us a realistic valuation based on true local data instead of inflating the price just to win our business. Her marketing strategy and communication kept us informed at every step, and her strong negotiation skills secured a great result above our expectations. We felt supported the entire time and gladly recommend her to anyone selling a property.

The initial proposal submitted was not correct in that the valuation range quoted did not end up reflecting reality, a difference of about $200,000.00 (ie 15.4%). The quoted range needed to be reduced on a number of occasions so as to attract attention. When the quoted range was last altered downwards, market traction was achieved and the property was eventually sold. All other services including advice, negotiations and communications between vendor and agent were excellent.
