Helena and her team were and are fantastic. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to do what we needed. When we arrived at the first house we looked at ( which we happened to fall in love with) we were greated with friendly smiles, a comforting, homely smell coming from a candle burning in the main area. We walked through talking as if it was already ours of what we would do to it. We naively told Helena every cent we had and how desparetly we wanted it lol Helena gave us connections to a broker and convayencer ( which we didn't know we needed) and from then it was an amazing world wind. They knew the market and managed to exceed our expectations in regards to the sale price.They always remained calm and focused even when we were not.On the day of our one and only open house the temperature was 46 degrees and the girls worked really hard in that horrible heat.The open house was finished at 1.30pm in the afternoon and we received multiple offers. The girls then went above and beyond our expectations as Helena called me at 4.00pm that afternoon to ask if they could show another party through at 6.00pm that same day even though they already had multiple offers. Bec Marshall came back at 6.00pm to show these people through and I cant thank her enough as I know at 6.00pm on that stinking hot day she would've been wanting to get home and out of the heat.They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell and get a great result with no stress.

We were initially anxious to put our house on the market in 2016 due to a forecast downturn, however we felt very strongly that not only was the time right to sell but that Helena was the agent for the job, Helena having recently achieved an outstanding result for another vendor in our area. At our first meeting Helena spent over four hours with us discussing every aspect of the process. She was interested in our point of view and answered each of our questions, no matter how odd or obvious, with a friendly yet professional attitude. We were more than comfortable to sign an agency agreement with Helena that same day. As she left our house we knew we had made the right choice. Throughout the selling process Helena was in constant contact with us and kept us updated. She arrived at each open house bright and cheerful and made the somewhat difficult process of having a home ‘show ready’ a happy event. Nothing was ever too difficult for her; she went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. Helena’s knowledge and professionalism achieved a sale price well above what we had expected and well within the time frame we had set. We cannot recommend Helena highly enough.
