Helena and her team were and are fantastic. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to do what we needed. When we arrived at the first house we looked at ( which we happened to fall in love with) we were greated with friendly smiles, a comforting, homely smell coming from a candle burning in the main area. We walked through talking as if it was already ours of what we would do to it. We naively told Helena every cent we had and how desparetly we wanted it lol Helena gave us connections to a broker and convayencer ( which we didn't know we needed) and from then it was an amazing world wind. At all times all 3 parties communicated with not only us but with each other, it was fantastic and such a wonderful experience. Nothing was to much, no question to silly. She did her job and got all and more from us, but it was worth every cent! We would recommend Helena and team Property Central in a heart beat to all. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Helena Crumpton,Bec Cleary and Bec Marshall.At a very stressful time in our lives when we were buying a house and a business in Qld and trying to sell our home in Leonay at the same time the girls were so supportive and professional. They knew the market and managed to exceed our expectations in regards to the sale price.They always remained calm and focused even when we were not.On the day of our one and only open house the temperature was 46 degrees and the girls worked really hard in that horrible heat.The open house was finished at 1.30pm in the afternoon and we received multiple offers. The girls then went above and beyond our expectations as Helena called me at 4.00pm that afternoon to ask if they could show another party through at 6.00pm that same day even though they already had multiple offers. Bec Marshall came back at 6.00pm to show these people through and I cant thank her enough as I know at 6.00pm on that stinking hot day she would've been wanting to get home and out of the heat.They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell and get a great result with no stress.
