My dealing with helena was very easy and she has a vast knowledge of the realestate market and the bushland beach marketing would not hesitate to use her for buying or selling of land and house #1
Entering into a contract with Christmas just around the corner defiantly made things harder than normal thanks to the holiday shutdowns, but despite this Helena worked her hardest to make the transaction as smooth and painless as possible. She was easily accessible whenever I had any questions, and if she didn't readily have the answer she got back to you shortly with one.
Helena, you were amazing. You turned a stressfull process into an enjoyable one. Thanks for sell ing our investment property in Townsville supper fast. Living interstate I thought it may be a little tricky, but Helena’s Communication skills & up to date selling process made it easy. 10/10
