We feel that she went out of her way when the unit inspection did not seem to go well that she investigated the so called problem which she found to be not an issue. Living some 2200 klms away we found that distance was not an issue if I had a question or document to sign email system work for us and being a first time investors did not know a lot of information Helena was always there to help us out.
