You know how some agents are overpowering and pushy and you just want to get away from them - well this is not Helene Shephard. This lady has an endearing gentle approach and from the moment I met her I really liked her! Don’t get me wrong - she knows her stuff! In the short time I have known these two women I realise they are a force to be reckoned with. Not only is the knowledge they possess within the housing market spot on, they go above and beyond to accommodate their client. I have been the pestiest (if there is such a word) client I think they could of ever had I have texted after hours, phoned on the weekend asked for photocpying and keys to be dropped off the list is endless, due to my own anxiety on selling and buying a house not once have they treated me as an annoyance not once have they treated me anything other than professionally.
