From the get go Hendrik and his team had a marketing strategy underway. With only 4 weeks to auction date their exposure strategy saw 19 groups inspect on the first Saturday. The Contract was prepared early and as the inspection rate was maintained their was a high percentage of Contracts requested. Hendrik and his team communicated closely with a number of potential buyers willing to advise that they had arranged finance and would be bidding on the day. A rainy auction day arrived.
