We have investment property that is handled by Hendrik through O'Brien Teams, because of how they present and take care of our investment property. My husband made a conversation with me that in the future if we want to sell property, we should go through him. Now the time is here for us to sell our property, no doubt and no brainer, I contacted Hendrik straight away. He guided me on how to prep the house for ready inspection, and staging the house until the auction. Hendrik gives each week information in regards to the market property sold around the area prior to the open inspection while I am getting ready the house for open inspection (this is helpful for me to give an idea of what happening in the market at the time and what I am expecting). During the open inspection, Hendrik will give me feedback each time and follow up with the potential buyer (Which gives me a bigger picture of what will happen on the auction day). Hendrik was honest, professional, reliable and so considerate throughout the process. He goes to the property regularly to check the progress of makeover, always update me and reminds me on things I need to do, goes to the property before inspections to turn on the heaters to ensure it’s nice and warm when ppl arrives etc. he made the whole process less stressful for me ( I’m usually a stress head), which I really appreciate!
