We had an excellent experience working with our real estate agent, Henry throughout the sale of our home. His communication was clear, timely and professional at every stage of the process. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and had the right contacts to help facilitate the sale smoothly. We particularly appreciated how thoughtfully he engaged with our questions around staging the property and managing open homes. His guidance gave us confidence and made the entire process far less stressful.

Henry knew the market, explained options and helped us when selling our mother's cottage. Kind, professional and friendly. Henry made a difficult process smooth and as stress free as possible.

Very helpful and supportive

Henry Capel sold our last house six years ago, and so we had reason to believe in him. We contacted him, making the point that we really needed the process of selling to be as stress-free as possible. We took his advice about how to present the house. Sold in 7 weeks from first Open House. Henry calm, straightforward, always caring and helpful.

Henry & Bria from Belle Property in Bowral were helpful from the minute I first contacted them being quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We saw the property the next day and bought it! I would not hesitate to use Belle Property Bowral for purchase or sale.
