Using Henry to sell my home was the right decision. He proved very knowledgeable about the market but most importantly he was genuine and set genuine expectations from Day 1 which in the market as it stands today was helpful. He is now assisting me buy a new home and his understanding of Southern Highlands region has been invaluable.
As far as we’re concerned, there’s only one agency to use, whether buying or selling Real Estate in the Southern Highlands, we cannot recommend Henry Capel and the team at One Agency Bowral highly enough. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, Henry answered all our questions and dealt with our concerns with enthusiasm. Henrys positive, optimistic and professional personality gave us great confidence that we had chosen the right agent to sell our home. Communication, not just from Henry, but from every member of the team was excellent. His knowledge of Southern Highland’s Real Estate showed us his dedication in knowing what’s happening in the current market. Photography and marketing were also great. It was a pleasure to do business with One Agency at Bowral, they deserve a five star rating. Thanks again Henry and Team. Paul and Debbie of Moss Vale.
Henry acted with integrity throughout the entire sale process. He read the market well and kept us informed at all times. We would definitely use him again.
We had been thinking about selling and moving North but could only see too many challenges. That changed with a phone call. Henry was the catalyst that helped us turn our thinking into positive action. His confidence in his ability to get the result we were seeking made the decision easy. Henry and his team put together the marketing plan and we were delighted in selling our property after less than a week on the market for the price we wanted. Doesn't get any better than that! Henry delivered a street sale record result and my wife and I can now head North to start the next chapter in our lives.
Henry is a talented professional with a sincere warm and genuine approach to his client's needs, complimented by the exceptional Melanie Sweeney the agency coordinator our warmest thanks for a very successful and timely outcome for all parties ,we highly recommend One Agency Southern Highlands . Kevin and Wendy
Very professional, fabulous service and efficient systems. Contracts also very transparent and clear.
Good local knowledge, understanding and professional team.
Henry was the ideal agent for us. He listened and understood our expectations. He was highly professional and brought a lightness to the process we had not experienced prior. We would recommend him and utilise his services again in an instant.
Henry was a pleasure to work with. He made the process effortless for us and demonstrated a professional and kind manner throughout.
Henry had his costings commissions and advertising all ready when he turned up for the appraisal. All the other agents some it took over a week to get back to us, we had 7 inspections and not one offer, Henry said we needed to drop the price, probably more than we wanted, he went back to all the 7 who viewed and one put an offer in, we were expecting more but in Henry's opinion maybe the property was listed too high in the first place
Henry was brilliant from the get go. Warm and personable, easy to converse back and forth with and most importantly effective at selling our property. He removed the headache from the process and got us a price well in excess of what we were aiming for whilst remaining realistic with us throughout. Couldn’t recommend more highly
Henry Capel was friendly, helpful and genuine in his dealings with us. He had good knowledge of the market and (from our view) was helpful to both parties to make a deal happen. Henry lives down the road from the property we purchased through him, and it's probably the first time we're looking forward to living near a real estate agent! We recommend his services.
