We are so pleased that we engaged Henry Wong to be our agent. He had great knowledge of the selling process, current market conditions and was invaluable in communicating with overseas buyers. He is well supported by a team of professionals. The best part was knowing, at every stage, exactly what was happening with the sale - all inquiries, open home outcomes and follow ups by Henry.
We have been search for our very own home in Wishart for more than a year and Henry and his team are the top ones in the area where they are being reasonable, honest and experienced on the property they sell. They listen to your needs and provide you the best they can offer. They also take good care of the place and excellent in communicating with all parties well thoroughtout the process. We would highly recommend his team if you are buying or selling.
The sale representative for Henry' team was Amy Huynh. Amy was amazingly friendly , fully involved in selling this property for the owner, while doing everything to make sure I was happy with the whole buying process. Amazing , stress free buying experience
Very professional real estate agency and always responds in a timely manner- very happy with the service that they provided.
We chose Henry and his team as we were impressed by his market knowledge and great sales record. From the moment we engaged him as our agent Henry spared no effort to market our home, interest was immediately generated even before our home was officially advertised. Henry and his team demonstrated dedication and professionalism throughout the sales process. We were very happy with the price achieved and the time it took to sell our home. We highly recommend Henry and his team.
Henry had an excellent knowledge of the market in our area. He was always very professional in his dealings with us and kept us informed every step of the way. He quickly organised a broad range of clients to inspect our property and always arrived at the appointed time. We highly recommend his services.
Henry located a buyer and had a Contract signed within days. Not only did Henry get a Contract signed, the purchase price exceeded our expectations. Henry is extremely motivated and kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend Henry.
Henry was very knowledgeable on the local area, and was forthcoming with any information we requested on the property. We found he differentiated himself from other agents we dealt with through his genuine and honest responses to our questions, along with his professional and friendly approach. Henry was also very timely and direct with his communication.
Henry is a nice person to talk to. He displays the qualities one most wants to see in an agent: committment, candour, affability, and above all integrity. Henry put my needs before anything else and quickly belayed any concerns I had. I would recommend him without hesitation to anybody looking to buy or sell their property.
Our family recently sold our Mother's house, and Henry's professional, knowledgable disciplined team, were great through the whole process.
When we decided to sell the only Agent we got in touch with was Henry because he always kept us in touch with the market in our area. Henry was very professional and had a great knowledge of the market. he kept us informed of any potential buyers and was happy to call in at any time of the day to explain matters
I’ve appointed Henry and his team as I have to sell to move back to China. We actually had to sell 3 times, i.e. 3 contracts on the house as the first two fell through. Whilst I was in China, Henry and his team really stepped up and helped with arranging repairs on my home. To be honest, their service is nothing short of impeccable. They have really moved me. Thanks for helping me sell my home.
