LJH Tully's professional staff were there when I could not be. They took care of the sale of my property whilecI had to be overseas! Herc and I met about 3 or 4 times briefly before I boarded my plane. He gave .e absolute assistance and peace of mind. He is genuinely caring - just like everyone at the Tully branch. My place was sold in a flash. They even managed to sell my property for even more than I expected!!! I really recommend their services. They are even conveniently located right next to my solicitors!

I recently purchased an acre of land in Tully through LJ Hooker Tully, which was my first solo purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication and follow-up from my agent. After securing the contract, I heard very little from him, despite repeated assurances that the property would be slashed and mowed. This promise was never fulfilled, even after settlement, and I was forced to organise and pay for someone else to do the job. I found it particularly disappointing that I didn't receive a congratulatory call on settlement day, only a generic email a week later asking for a review. It felt like the agent's priority was securing the sale ( i get it, that's their job), and once that was done, I was left to fend for myself. The lack of customer care and aftercare was underwhelming, to say the least.

Hercules was top-notch! Knowledgeable, responsive, and a straight shooter. He walked me through the entire process of buying a block of land in Tully, keeping me updated every step of the way. Seamless communication and a stress-free experience. Highly recommend!
