This real estate agent is the best I have ever seen. I can’t believe how much he went out of his way and how much help he was to me during the floods. Very easy-going very easy to deal with honest as you can get them would definitely deal with them again 20 out of 10
Herc and the lj hooker team kept me informed throughout the whole process of selling our property and negotiated a sale price that we were very pleased with, i would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property
hercules was a consumate professional good interpersonal skills new the lay of the land was honest in his opinions on the real estate we looked at and made the purchase very simple and practical
After a lot of running around only to find unmotivated sellers LJHooker presented us with a list of genuine sellers with good knowledge of the properties, the rest was easy
Arriving in Tully new to the area Hercules presented properties available in my budget then gave me the tour or the area. Inspecting properties Hercules presented defects & any issues. Once idd found my new home any questions regarding anything he had an answer. Thanks for helping me get the house right for me not just selling me a property. Thank you.
Hercules managed the marketing and sales of my property quickly and transparently. He took care of all issues related to the property sale with efficiency and integrity. I recommend Hercules to anyone selling or buying property in Tully.
a very honest person who doesn't lead you up the garden path, he is straight down the line, likes to dot all his "i" and cross all the "t".
Herc made the whole experience very easy to understand and navigate. Hassle free which is what we had hoped for. Thanks Herc
Hercules is a long time local, so he is very informative. He is honest and punctual and is always available if you have any questions.
