For the first time that I have met Herman, I thought he was young and I was a little worried because I don’t know him too well. Facts have proved: he is excellent, responsible and professional. I am very satisfied with the result. There are two things that I am very impressed by him. The first one was that I organised the home styling myself. He quickly helped me to check if they are professional and reliable styling company as this may significantly affect the marketing result. He even went to the unit at 8pm and checked the styling works. This shows how seriously he cares about every part of the sales campaign. The second thing was that he made a very decisive decision to postpone the auction date as there was another similar property having auction on same date with similar time. We wouldn’t achieve this amazing result if we stayed with the original auction date. This proofs he is an agent who always wants the best outcome for his client and we do really appreciate it.
