First time I met Herman in a chance encounter at the apartment entrance in Guess Ave., I thought he’s young and inexperienced. He seemed to be more worried about his fashion sense and flamboyant looks than selling properties. Hence, I was a bit reluctant to sign. But I took a chance. Boy, did I made the right choice? Yes I did. I was surprised as it only took him less than three weeks to sell our apartment. Although it’s not for the initial price we wanted, but considering the state of the market these days, and the sale prices of similar or better properties in the area, it’s a very good result that he’s sold it at that price in such a short time.
