Herman is very good at negotiation and he really tried his best to get us the best price. We received a lot of offers. Some offers are just ok and some offers are low. Herman communicated to each buyer who made offers patiently and finally he got us an offer that we are really happy with. We are appreciated for his hard work as well. Sometimes he showed buyers the property 3-4 times per week. He even sacrificed his day off (Sunday) to show the property to a buyer for second inspection. Once again, thank you Herman.
