We sold our house through Mountview Real Estate having met Hesh Rasitha and decided that his enthusiasm, selling methodology and valuation met with our understanding of the market. Essentially we needed to refresh the interior with freshly painted walls and new wooden floor coverings. Hesh’s experience helped us as he arranged the trades to quote their price and for him to then project manage the upgrade. Whilst arranging the trades he began floating the house sale to his existing potential buyers prior to the full marketing effort. One particular prospect was interested but did not want us to proceed with any upgrade as they wished to personalise their own changes.
