Even though i am reviewing him as home buyer, I would recommend him to sell your house.. first of all he is smart, very smart. I met him when I was looking of a different house without my wife on a Saturday. We chat for 5 minutes on he found out my schedule and that I am not interested in current house and what exactly I am looking for. He called me on Wednesday when I was looking for house with my wife. Asked us to come see a house and made us put our maximum offer their and then(not in scary way of course). We signed the contract on thrusday.
