Ronnie was employed on our behalf as we are in the UK. He valued the property initially for us, recommending doing a complete house clearance, and several workmen were involved as house was left in a terrible state. He recommended the work which was needed, we set a budget and he co ordinated all the repair works, clearance of house and garden. When house was ready for sale he marketed it beautifully and very honestly. I cannot praise him highly enough he oversaw everything on our behalf communicating with both myself and our solicitor. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kept us constantly up to date with progress. When house was first open, he had several offers which he went through thoroughly and got us a buyer almost immediately.
