Living in Brisbane it is difficult to know exactly what is happening in the market in Perth. I had been in contact with Ronnie for over 18 months before finally deciding to pull the trigger. over this time he kept me in the loop as to what to the market was doing and gave ball park figures as to what we could expect. when it came time to sell, we ended up getting a price similar to what Ronnie had estimate. The best thing about dealing with Ronnie is he didnt over promise to simply get us to sign up with him, he was honest throughout and did exactly what he said he would.
