This was not our first attempt to sell our family home and thus, we were aware of the process involved for same. As such we were also skeptical of how agent attitudes may change after entering into an agreement to sell, especially in the event we were not willing to negotiate on our selling price for our family home, with 30 years of fond memories. Hien understood this and eased our concerns of entering into yet another contract by surveying market interest specifically for our home and reporting same to us even without any assurances that we would even commit to sell. As we were overseas during this entire process, we were further impressed by Hien's generosity to coordinate with estimates and minor repair works to make the property 'stage ready', often having to inspect works very early mornings and late nights. Even with the time difference between Sri Lanka & Australia, she was always available for telephone discussions at our convenience. It was a combination of all these attributes along with her very humble and professional attitude that we contracted with Hien from Ray White - Glen Waverley. From the beginning, she was pressured from ongoing lockdowns & other covid related restrictions and the affect this has on buyer mentality, however, she not only managed to secure strong open house numbers but also comforted our traditional thinking in adapting to an online auction method as opposed to the on-site auction. Even though we could not reach a favorable result during the actual auction, Hien never gave up and allowed for a settlement that was even above the expected reserve price after re-negotiating and networking with other buyers. We very much value all the dedication, professionalism and hard work that Hien allowed for our campaign and wish to very highly recommend her services to buyers/sellers not only in the Glen Waverley area but also in the neighboring areas as well.
