Claudio was very helpful. He immediately answered our phone calls or emails. We do not live in Cairns where our investment unit is located so we relied on Claudio to attend to all the annoying details on our behalf. Very happy and would use Freeman’s and Claudio again.
Thank you Claudio for listening my request and find the right buyer from my property.. Sure I will continue trusting and doing business with you.
Seamless experience for the purchase of our first home. Thank you Claudio
You would have to travel along way to find someone who has Claudio's charm and knowledge.
Claudio is a true professional. He went above and beyond to facilitate inspections of properties and also the purchase of a property. He's been a real pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!
Claudio sold our property fast and hassle free. Was excellent with communication the whole way through, professional and gave good advice. Superstar sales agent!!
We have been very satisfied with the service we received from Claudio. He has provided good advice on the preparation of the property and kept us informed at all stages of the sale process.
From our first meeting onsite, Claudio gave clear advice which directed our sale process. He was consistent with good communication and worked hard to get us the best possible outcome from the sale of our property. Happy to recommend him.
My experience was extremely positive from start to end. I was hesitant at the beginning, because I had never sold a property before, but the sale process was very smooth. Claudio guided me through what needed to be done, he was corteous and efficient, and always answered all my questions with honesty. I highly recommend him!
We were extremely fortunate to have Claudio as our agent. His knowledge and professionalism made the purchase a very pleasant experience for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always available whenever we had any questions. We would highly recommend Claudio, he made the whole process stress-free.
Claudio's program to sell my house in Cairns was very effective, efficient and professional. Firstly he was always available and quick to respond to requests. More than approachable to assist with hurdles throughout the sale process. His strategy to conduct the sale in stages with little impact to my tenants way of life and still get the job done was outstanding. He was very supportive and offered many scenarios for guidance through a stressful time for us. Claudio was always well presented and he finest quality that we noted was, he actually listened to our needs and requirements. Claudio is calm, friendly, vibrant and seems to really enjoy his occupation. I would highly recommend Claudio to sell your property. I cant fault him on any stage of my sale. Well done.
