Josh was able to ensure we were updated on other homes in area in relation to similar homes and also provided information on historical trends, yes we can get these off websites but having additional context and details helped immensely from someone in the industry. This helped with expectations and the reality of the market. Josh and his team were also able to find us the right buyer who love our old home and also get us a great price for both us and the buyer for the market we are in.
