Josh was fantastic. He was open and honest about the process, was helpful with all of our questions. Josh assisted us with styling advice to present our home beautifully to potential buyers, he truely made the process a breeze. I couldn’t recommend Josh enough.

Josh helped us purchase our first property. He was very up front, honest and was willing to answer the many questions we had about negotiating, the property itself and the process after our offer was accepted. He is an extremely attentive agent and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was memorable. Thanks to Josh and his team, we would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Josh was an awesome agent to deal with the sale of our property. From our first phone call he brought with him optimism and confidence that was lacking from other agents. Great communication and always willing the go the extra mile, nothing was too much of an ask. And most importantly, the sale price result he got for us was far beyond our expectations. Thanks so much Josh!

Josh was extremely easy to establish a relationship with and always was very positive and clear about the progress he was taking. He allowed me to maintain feeling in charge of my decisions and was happy to advise me on any concerns/questions that I had. Josh was an extremely motivated and driven agent who supported me through this process of selling our well-loved family home. His marketing video and photos were excellent which captured the essence of our property beautifully which gave lots of traffic to our home. Thank you so much Josh Yewell you're a legend!!
