Josh is ahead of the pack in term of his understanding of the dynamics in play in the housing market. He sees the potential of a property and showcase it with value adding improvements. He appears to be trustworthy and fair in his dealings. He is very ambitious with the timeline but delivered better than expected. By way of example, there is another listing of similar attributes (maybe better) at the same time as mine, but mine is already sold and exchanged whereas the other property hasn't had an offer and gone through a revision in price expectation.
