Great communication and very driven to sell the property which was only ever going to suit a certain demographic. Economic factors influenced the sale also and it proved difficult finding relevant buyers. It was not a great experience due to these factors and unfortunately resulted in us getting a much lower price than we should have.

Josh was fantastic throughout. Very communicative and helpful. The whole experience of the house purchase was excellent.

From the very first inspection Josh was a pleasure to work. He was very responsive and provided clear next steps to support the our negotiations and purchase.

Great, proactive and personable, just wanted to get best result for everyone, buyer and seller.

Josh provided outstanding service during our recent property purchase! As first-home buyers, my partner and I had numerous questions and concerns throughout the process. Josh displayed exceptional professionalism and answered all of our inquiries patiently and promptly. This greatly contributed to the smoothness of our buying experience. One particular aspect that stood out to us was his commitment to open and honest communication. He promptly took action and personally visited the property to assess the situation. His genuine honesty throughout the entire buying experience reassured us that we were in good hands. When words and 5 stars aren't enough to express our gratitude to Josh. As always, a great deal of thought and discussion went into developing the campaign. Photos, video's, styling, brochures and open homes were timed to show case the property and its attributes to potential buyers. The early introduction to key Belle Team members and Auctioneer Michael Pead allowed us all to become comfortable with each other prior to auction day. It was especially important for us that buyers knew we would assist them transitioning into the property. One on one viewings and conversations between us and high interest buyers also formed a key part of the overall strategy for them understanding the property and the lifestyle it offered. Josh showed buyer empathy guiding and assisting those who were uncomfortable with the auction process, making genuine connections with people at the right time to effect a successful outcome for all. All this came together successfully on the day with the grateful assistance of the Canberra Belle Property Team and Principles Dan & Louise. This is the sixth property Josh has sold including recommendations to Family /Friends over the past 18 months. We would highly recommend him for his strength of character, never ending enthusiasm, knowledge, understanding of market conditions and open honest feedback during the process that provided us with a unique seller experience and highly successful result achieving the suburb record for Duffy. Thank You Josh Best Regards Jane & Mike
