Well what can I say both Hugh and Liz were fantastic. I had meetings with 5 other agents but Hugh and Liz stood out well above all of them. I was kept up to date twice weekly with everything that was happening during the sale of our home. Their professional approach and compassion was great as I struggled through a very hard time. They helped acheive a very nice price well above our reserve. Hugh approached us 4 years ago offering his service to sell our home when we were ready. He contacted us regularly keeping us up to date with the current real estate market. We contacted him when eventually we were ready to sell. He thoroughly explained the selling process and the campaign was put into action. He explained each step and kept us informed on the progress. I did not meet all of you, and some only fleetingly, but I would like to say a very Sincere Thank You to the entire team at Knox Residential. Having said that, a simple Thank You no matter how sincere seems a little inadequate for what in the long run turned out to be an enjoyable ride thanks to the personal approach of Hugh and Liz. Having raised seven children in our home over nearly thirty years, the time had come to down size and update. Not really knowing how to get things moving, and not wanting to be inundated with an avalanche of corporate agents. It was our daughter Courtney who reminded us that her friend who she has known since her school days, Denise was a part of the Knox Residential family, so that's how our journey began. Right from our first meeting with Hugh we felt comfortable with his professional approach and advice towards our goal. In the lead up to the auction both Hugh and Liz kept us fully informed with all aspects pertaining to the sale of our property. On the day of the auction, while having every confidence in Hugh and the team. I admit I felt a tad anxious during the final open house, not through any emotional attachment, more along the line of meeting our expectations. That was stupid. Hugh started the auction at 11.00am by 11.15 we had reached our reserve, and by 11.30am we were $117,000. over, well beyond all our hopes and expectations.
