It is a unique property which required a special buyer. This, paired with a number of setbacks beyond anybody’s control, made for a challenging campaign, but Iain worked very hard to not only keep my spirits up during the process, but deliver a result which, in the end, was very pleasing. He maintained temperance and good humour throughout, even when I was being a little difficult.
