Knowledgeable. Calm. Realistic. 3 words I'll use to describe Iain who (along with Anthony Chau) helped us to a successful sale within 2 months in difficult market conditions. Selling your house is a stressful process but the Saliba team provided us excellent support and guidance throughout the process through regular check ins and reports. The team was always on hand to respond to our queries and provide a one stop shop for all matters house related. However, at the end of the day it was Iain who helped secure the deal for us. He was realistic about market trends and always had useful stats to support his recommendations. He was calm and cool when we weren't and ensured we received an acceptable outcome for our property. I'd happily work with him and Saliba again.
