This property was not suitable but we got to talking to Ian Simms, the agent selling the property, about what we were looking for. He suggested the property he was next going to show sounded suitable. When he told us the address we realised why we had not seen it because the address was Pelican Waters. We were delighted with the property and put in an offer a couple hours after viewing the property. If it had not been for Ian we would not have found this property. We did not like the isolation of Pelican Waters but this house is on the edge of Golden Beach and ideal.

He was very approachable and responded immediately to my many calls and many questions. Very knowledgeable about the market and always optimistic which proved right when the perfect buyers came along! I would call on him again if I needed to sell my present home. Hopefully not yet! Thankyou Iain.
