Ian was, from the start- approachable & engaged. I guess you could say my property was not in the best nick given it was built in 1974 ( always going to be a tough sell) but the land space was always going to be the point. From my perspective it was always going to a couple that were ready to take it on & live there or develop & capitalise. Ian found the best buyers. A pair of renovators & I was really happy with the result - not the bottom or the the top but well above the middle price I had in mind.
