Ian was genuine in all our dealings with him, he never pressurised us into any decisions, always being a fountain of knowledge. His appraisal figure was spot on the manner in which he gave us tips in how to present our house was invaluable. He was in constant contact with us letting us know the state of affairs plus he handled the pressurised scenario of attempting to move heaven and earth to get our house sold before Christmas which he did.
