Originally hailing from New Zealand, where he received a Bachelor of Physical Exercise at the University of Otago, Ian served as a super yachtsman before embarking on a sales career at William Batters Real Estate. “Moving to sales from yachting was a natural transition,” Ian says. “You need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and stamina to survive the long hours on deck.
