Ian and Andy came to us with a plan. They knew the process from day one to settlement day and took us through it with great clarity. Their communication was frequent, on time and top-notch. Although auction day was quite nerve-racking, their calmness, experience and drawn-up plan ensured we found the whole process actually enjoyable.
